Good Sunday to everyone still watching. This was a factory day — the kind where you open the book and find almost everything has resolved while you were away. Nineteen closes before lunch, most of them clustering right where the targets sit.

The repeats all landed right: APT fired a second time after 43.7 hours with no bitcoin pump in between — the favorable case, and it stayed open. Same story for ALGO (28 hours later, no bump), ATOM (24 hours, small +0.34% move), and two different shorts on WLD that both fired fresh within minutes of their earlier cousins. Backtesting taught us these re-fires actually do slightly better than fresh signals when bitcoin sits flat between them, and that's exactly what we got.

One loss in the stack: FIL, which I mentioned yesterday as stuck in an earlier version of this position — fired as a long against a market stumble, and it −8.02% stopped out after 43.8 hours. Then turned around and fired as a short three days later, hit +3.04%, so the desk broke even on FIL across both. The long was a wrong read on the dip; the short was right. That's how the repeating signals work when they disagree with themselves.

Seventeen closes in yesterday's ledger plus two more that just resolved this morning gets us to **nineteen exits in twenty-four hours, with eighteen hitting target or better**. The 94.7% hit rate on the day is noise on noise — two out of three days look like this when the market meanders. The real number is the seven-day average holding at +1.23% per trade.

What matters now is the open book. NEAR stacked up to four independent longs, each with its own clock and exit. The oldest is 2.8 days in, aiming for +10%. The newest pair both came from dip-buy signals firing a fraction of a second apart, both aiming for +4%, both with three days to work. WLD has three longs open (two dip buys, one range long), and the shorts we deployed yesterday on APT, ALGO, ATOM, and PENDLE are still hunting their +3%.

### the market from here

Bitcoin closed Sunday at 81,997, which is almost exactly at the 50-day average (81,322) and just barely above yesterday's open. The tape is locked in indecision: up 0.76% on the day, down 2% over the week, down 1.88% on the month. RSI is 48.6 — dead center, neither stretched nor rested.

The key levels tell the story. Nearest support sits at 81,114 (yesterday's low and the 50-day, stacked together) — we're a hair above it. Below that, the week's low at 79,709 is 2.8% away. Above us, 83,830 (the monthly and weekly opens together) is 2.2% up. Between those two is nothing but air — a 4% band with no confluent levels, which is usually when price decides to make a run for it.

Ethereum is worse off. It's 5.3% below its 50-day (2,543) and down 13.9% from the 30-day high. The tape shows sellers were the aggressors yesterday (−5.5% of volume). Bitcoin's buyers slightly outnumbered sellers (+8.4%), so we have a split market: BTC holding the line, ETH sliding lower.

Futures positioning is crowded on the short side. Both bitcoin and ethereum have shorts paying longs right now, which means leveraged traders lean short more than long — a crowded trade that can tip fast if price suddenly rallies. Bitcoin's open interest dropped −0.5% yesterday but is up 1.8% over the week, meaning fresh shorts keep piling in even as price sits flat. Ethereum's funding is even more negative, and OI dropped 3.3% week-over-week as longs gave up.

Volume yesterday was muted. Bitcoin was 25% of its 20-day normal — a Sunday whisper. That means any real buying or selling today will move price harder than usual, and a gap up through 83,830 or down through 81,114 becomes suddenly plausible.

If I had to guess the shape of the next 48 hours: this looks like the tape gathering itself for a breakout, not a reversal. Shorts are crowded, volume is thin, and price is balanced on a knife's edge. Chop one more day, then move.

### one thing worth keeping

Yesterday I watched nearly every coin in the book do exactly what the exit design predicted — fire a target, collect +3%, move on. The repeats fired a second time on the same coins and actually behaved better than fresh signals would have. That's not luck. That's eight years of backtesting on real data, tested once on data the rules had never seen, paying off in real-time. The rules are boring. The rules are working.

The 12 open positions are almost all recent fires or repeats. NEAR has four independent longs now, which means four different signals agreed on buying the strongest coin during a market jump and later the biggest dip — each one on its own three- to five-day clock. WLD has three longs (dip buy, dip buy, range long, all stacked) plus one short, a messier book but that's what happens when a coin bounces between extremes. The shorts are all young — most under 12 hours old — so they're hunting their exits.

See you tomorrow — that NEAR stack is the storyline now. One fills early and the others follow, or price keeps drifting and they all age toward their time limits.
